Cognitive assessment & training
Measure your mind.
Then actually train it.
32 scored questions place you in five cognitive areas. Those five numbers are not a certificate — they are what builds your training week, from 9 exercises and 29 lessons, one day at a time.

Three steps, and the third is the one that lasts
Most IQ sites end at the number. The number is the input here.

32 scored questions — pattern matrices, verbal and numerical reasoning, a memory span and two hands-on spatial puzzles. Median finished run is 10 minutes.

Train the weak area on a plan
Your five scores, your goal and the minutes you have build a seven-day week. Day 3 is a checkpoint; day 7 is a full retest against your own first run.
The five areas we score
Not a personality read. Five separate scores from 32 questions, each area carrying its own count, and each one able to come out low on its own.
questions per area
Logical
Rules inferred from examples: sequences, matrices, deductions.
Memory
Holding and replaying what was on screen a moment ago.
Speed
How fast correct answers arrive, not just whether they do.
Verbal
Meaning, analogy and relations between words.
Spatial
Turning, folding and fitting shapes in your head.
9 exercises. Finite ones.
Each one starts, ends and gives you a number you can beat next time — no endless feed, no streak that punishes you for missing a Tuesday. Every exercise keeps its own personal best and its own difficulty rung.
-
Pattern Matrix
Spatial PROFind the rule that runs across the grid, then the piece that finishes it.
-
Memory Master
Memory PROA sequence lights up once. Play it back, one cell longer each round.
-
Shikaku
Spatial FreeCut the board into rectangles, each holding one number equal to its area. Five difficulty rungs up to 8×8.
-
Color Logic
Logical FreeA number counts how many of a cell's eight neighbours share its colour. Every board is solvable by deduction alone — never by guessing.
-
Ink Trap
Mental Agility PROA colour word printed in the wrong colour. The banner says whether to answer the COLOUR or the WORD — and from stage 7 it changes on every card.
-
Logic Towers
Logical PROMove the stack one disc at a time and never drop a wide disc on a narrow one.
-
Number Crunch
Speed PROReach the target from the numbers you are dealt, before the bar runs out.
-
Word Smith
Verbal PRORebuild the word from the letters left on the rack.
-
Odd One Out
Speed PROFive belong together and one does not. Deciding fast is the exercise.

More are being built
The catalogue is 9 today. New exercises land in the same hub and count toward the same badges — nothing to re-buy.
29 lessons, written not filmed
Reading pages with interactive drills inside them, so you can go at your own pace and come back to a paragraph. There is no video course and we do not claim one.

A week built from your worst area, not from a catalogue
After the assessment you answer two questions — what you want to pull up, and how many minutes a day you actually have. Those two, plus your five scores, produce seven days of specific tasks. Not a shelf of exercises to choose from every evening: one card that says what today is.
- Day 1 opens on your lowest-scoring area
- Day 3 is a checkpoint on how that area moved
- Day 7 is a full retest, and the week rebuilds from the new numbers

Day 7 Full retest, then next week is rebuilt
The account remembers, so you are competing with your own record
There is no leaderboard and no global ranking of players. What is kept is yours, and it is what makes a second week different from a first one.
A personal best per exercise
One record each, with the highest difficulty rung you have reached — not one blended number that hides which exercise moved.
Every day you trained
Kept as dates, so three days in a week counts as three days and a six-session evening counts as one.
Which days of the plan you closed
A day closes when its tasks are done, and the week does not renumber itself behind you.
Your score, re-measured
Day 7 puts you back through a full assessment and compares it to your first run. It can go down; we show it either way.

What an IQ score actually means
A score is a position in a distribution, not a quantity of intelligence you carry around. Here is what the number is measuring, and what it cannot tell you.

About Real-IQ
Real-IQ is an online cognitive assessment. We build the test, the report that comes out of it and the training exercises that follow — and we run real-iq.net ourselves, with no third-party storefront in between. The assessment covers five areas: logical reasoning, spatial reasoning, memory, verbal reasoning and speed. It is an educational and entertainment product, not a clinical instrument: it diagnoses nothing, no psychologist administers or interprets it, and no result from it is medical, psychological or employment advice.
Operated by Oleksandr Bukovskyi. Everything on this site is written and maintained by a small independent team — questions reach a human at support@real-iq.net.
How you get it
Nothing is shipped. Access opens the moment your payment is confirmed — you land straight on your results, and a confirmation e-mail carries a sign-in link so you can return from any device. There are no shipping, handling or customs charges, and the service works anywhere you can open this site.
Shipping & DeliveryIf you change your mind
The price, the billing period and the renewal price are shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by writing to us, and cancelling stops every future renewal. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply on top of that.
Refund PolicyIf something goes wrong
Write to support@real-iq.net from the address on your account. We answer within one business day, two at the outside, and we restore access by hand when a payment went through but the account did not open.
Contact UsQuestions people actually ask
How long does the assessment take?
32 scored questions. The median finished run is 10 minutes; there is no clock on the assessment as a whole, only on the two speed sections.
Do I have to pay to see my score?
No. Create a free account and the assessment, your score and the five-area profile are in it. Part of the library is reserved for the paid plan, which you choose inside your account — there is nothing to buy on this page.
What does the free account NOT include?
7 of the 9 exercises, three of the 4 courses and the seven-day training plan. They carry a visible lock rather than being hidden, so you always know what the upgrade is for.
Is this a clinical IQ test?
No. It is an educational and entertainment product. It diagnoses nothing, no psychologist administers or interprets it, and no result from it is medical, psychological or employment advice.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. The account is reached from any browser at app.real-iq.net — progress, plan and badges follow the account, not the device.
Does the training actually change the score?
We do not promise that it will. What we do is measure you again on day 7 with a full assessment and show you both numbers, up or down. Exercise scores are yours to compare against yourself, not against a population.
